PTO Meetings

PTO meetings are held every 3^rd Tuesday of the month from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm at the HES Library / Media Center.

NOVEMBER 2024 – Lyman Orchard Pie pick-up on 11/15/24 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm

DECEMBER 2024 – PTO Holiday Shop! Let the kids shop for loved ones this holiday season. More information available soon!

DECEMBER 2024 – CCMC PJ Day – Students can make a donation of any value to wear their pajamas to school this day. All donations will be submitted to CCMC to support childhood cancer research!

JANUARY 2025 – Pack the Piggies – 1/6/25 through 1/17/25

FEBRUARY 2025 – Munson’s Chocolates Orders 2/10/25-2/28/25. *Dates may be pushed back when Munson’s publishes their final Easter ordering Deadline.

MARCH 2025 – PTO’s Used Book Sale! – More information will be available

APRIL 2025 – Papa Gino’s night – 4/9/25 – HES PTO will receive 20% of profits of orders placed between 4pm – 9pm using our promotion code.

MAY 2025 – 3rd Annual Touch a Truck – 5/17/25. More information will be available soon!
